For my digital painting I chose to make a portrait of the villain from the upcoming sequel to the Avengers. His name is Ultron and he is a highly intelligent and deadly robot set on destroying the human race. I chose to paint him because he has a very cool design and he glows red at certain spots on his head and chest which I thought would be cool to make in photoshop. Originally, the picture was much larger and showed more of Ultron but I realized I wouldn't have the time to paint over the whole picture so I had to crop it to show just his head and shoulders. But i still am proud of the way it came out with all the blending colors and detailed curves. It really looks like shining metal.
